Joe is originally from Newtown, Connecticut. He moved to Miami-Dade County in 1985. Since moving to Florida, Joe has become a success businessman and realtor, with now over 25 years of experience in real estate transactions.
Joe’s real estate sales, financing & related experience include being a licensed attorney in the State of Florida since 1988, and having held both a Mortgage Broker and Mortgage Brokerage Business license. During the early part of 2000, Joe was granted the license to operate a branch of Novastar Home Mortgage, located on Brickell, that handled both residential and commercial mortgages.
Joe has worked hard to accomplish his current and past licenses and designations. His years of experience has enabled him to become a seasoned professional and the steady pillar that supports The Caserta Group as its office manager, overseeing both its residential and commercial sales divisions.
