Founder David T. Caserta has been self-employed since the time he was in college. He began his business career in real estate and finance, while in college. For more than 30 years he has handled the sale, acquisition, development, leasing, financing and disposition of real estate projects. He has also served as a respected Court Appointed Receiver and Government Monitor for the U.S. Marshalls Office, responsible for managing a variety of different businesses.
In his capacity as receiver and monitor, Dave has managed various kinds of property including shopping centers, office buildings, apartment complexes, warehouses, gas stations, restaurant’s, racetrack training facilities to name a few.
