David Caserta

Overview

Licensed Real Estate Broker David Caserta represents a second generation of real estate Brokers in Florida. The tradition began over 50 years ago with his Dad, Anthony, a hard working tile guy from Brooklyn, New York who in hopes of making a better life, moved to Florida and fell in love with real estate. Without wasting time he quickly gained respect in the business and helped kick start the legendary Real Estate empire known as Keys Company.

Shortly thereafter his Dad along with his brother Tony opened the Caserta Company which quickly became one of the top producing companies in Florida, earning the name “The Action Team”. Close to 32 years ago, David joined the family operation and eventually went on to develop Caserta and Associates.

Today under the name The Caserta Group, A Full Service Real Estate Company, he proudly keeps the tradition alive. His company team is spearheaded by long time friend and business partner Joseph Spiriti, Jr, who is the managing partner in all of Caserta’s ventures. Together Joe and Dave have a long history in the Mortgage business and will assure that our clients make solid financial decisions on all of their real estate needs.

Experience

David Caserta has been in the real estate business for over 30 years.

During college, rather than playing hooky, he took his future seriously and opened up his own property management and finance company. For more than 15 years he earned the respect as a reliable and effective court appointed receiver and government monitor for the US Marshals office. His experience enabled him, at an early age, to operate and manage a variety of businesses, from shopping centers, ACLF’s, gas stations, skating rings, restaurants office buildings to race track stables. His company also served as a lender for Commercial Credit and Barkleys as well as private lenders.

As an entrepreneur, his experience also extends to owing and managing various businesses, including arena football, bison food company, UFC fight management, government relations firm and real estate development.

Awards

David has received numerous awards in real estate, on behalf of various charities and organizations as well has City awards and proclamations for his service as Vice Mayor for the City of North Miami. For over 20 years he has been recognized as a respected motivational speaker for Colleges and Universities across the country, with his highly acclaimed seminar entitled “Its All About Character”.

Certifications

David Caserta currently holds a Florida Real Estate Brokers license. He is a licensed practicing Attorney in both Florida and in Washington, DC. Mr. Caserta is also a certified Florida Supreme Court Circuit Court mediator.
